The Kai Santoku from the Shun Premier Tim M?lzer series with its typical Japanese blade shape is a knife that can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen and is also ideal for the finest cutting work. Santoku translates as "three virtues" and is therefore ideal for fish, meat and vegetables. The extremely sharp knife blade glides through even the most difficult food to be cut. With the wide knife blade, the food can be picked up and transported into the pan.

Its blade is made of corrosion-resistant Damascus steel with a hand-finished Carvingmered surface, the solid blade core is made of VG MAX steel with a hardness of 61+ 1 HRC. The handle, made of beautifully grained and carefully crafted walnut wood, is symmetrically shaped and guarantees precise cutting performance for both right- and left-handed users. The best care of Kai Tim M?lzer knives is to rinse under hot water immediately after use. Then dry carefully with a soft tea towel (cotton). Kai Tim M?lzer knives are not dishwasher safe, as the salts of the cleaning agents damage the blades and wooden handles. Knives with natural wood handles should be greased with a little vegetable oil from time to time.
