Our commitment to you

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for another within a 30-day period, subject to the terms set out on this page.

We will also assist you with any issues relating to defective or faulty products during the applicable warranty period.

Important: You will need a Return Authorisation Slip (RMA) before returning any merchandise. Please do not ship an item back before contacting our Customer Support team.

Our Returns Policy

Terms and conditions
  1. Most items purchased from The Kitchenware Guys can be returned for exchange within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Exceptions are detailed in the Exclusions and Limitations conditions set out separately. Please refer to these before initiating a return.

  3. Items must be unused and in their original condition, and must include all accessories, instructions, and all original packaging that is still available.

  4. The client is responsible for the cost of returning all products to The Kitchenware Guys. If the returning product has not been packaged properly and arrives damaged, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.

Refunds

What to expect

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and advising you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Troubleshooting steps

Step 1: First, check your bank account again — the credit may have already been applied.

Step 2: Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your statement.

Step 3: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, which can vary by institution.
