Global GF-24 Carving Fork Straight

The GF-24 will hold your roasts securely in place while you carve off tender, thin, juicy pieces of meat using the long straight fork. The two tines can be inserted into the meat to check that it's cooked, when the juices run clear.
An alternative to the G-24 is the G-13. It does the same job, but is curved, which some may prefer.
