Each knife in the Guede series starts as a single piece of alloyed steel, beginning with hand forging and continuing through more than forty separate steps in the production process before completion. The handles are crafted from hard olive wood which resists moisture and exhibits a beautiful grain, giving each knife a unique elegance.
The Guede Alpha 2-piece carving set comes with a 21cm carving knife and an 18cm meat fork. You should use the whole length of the blade of the carving knife off the reel as it allows roasts or terrines to be cut finely and neatly. The carving fork is the perfect complement for the slicing knife. The Alpha carving set is a favourite duo and a great gift idea.
