The GS-14 is like the GS-11 Utility Knife, but with large serrations in the blade. A multi-functional knife, the serrations allow the utility knife to saw through tougher materials, such as bread crusts.
It may also be used with fruits and vegetables with thick skins and soft centres. This knife has a medium-sized blade, meaning that it will be used often and makes a great addition to any set that does not include a bread knife.
