Product Description The ELO Oval Roaster with Glass Lid 38x25cm, 7.0L is designed for efficient, healthy, and versatile cooking. Made from cast aluminium with a body thickness of approx. 2.8 mm and bottom thickness of approx. 5.0 mm, it provides excellent heat conduction for even cooking. The interior features a black matt high-quality ELO Dur Select non-stick coating that is PFAS-free and scratch-resistant, while the exterior is coated in black PTFE. Incorporated cast aluminium side handles make handling safe and easy. The roaster comes with a glass lid with shock-resistant stainless steel rim and aroma knob. Ideal for low-fat and fat-free cooking, ovenproof up to 240°C (with lid up to 180°C), it is easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and suitable for all hobs, including induction. Comes packed in a colorbox.
