Care Instructions:
-Before first use, wash the cookware with warm water and a mild detergent.- Wipe with cooking oil and remove excess with a paper towel- Using high heat suitable fats and oils will prolong the life of the cookware. Do not use cold-pressed oils like Olive oil, diet fats and diet margarine for cooking- Do not overheat for prolonged periods of time as the oil or fat will burn and leave a black residue which could affect the non-stick quality of the coating- Do not use metal utensils or cut in the cookware- After use, the surface might change to a light brown colour.
