AMT Glass Lid 24cm with Steam Release Vent - Clear

The matching AMT transparent glass lid with a characteristic elongated shape fits all pots and pans with the same diameter or size. This lid is made for the jumbo roasting dish with dimensions 24 x 40cm with a capacity of 10 litres. The lid is made from tempered safety glass and is heat-resistant up to 240 Deg'C so it can be used in the oven as well. It has a steam-release vent for overflow protection, which keeps the lid from misting up and lets you see the cooking progress without losing moisture and nutrients.
