All AMT pots and pans are made from heavy duty hand-cast aluminium, with their self-developed coating Lotan® which makes cleaning easier and keeps the pans hygienically clean.
The small gastro frying basket is PFOA-free (perfluorooctanoic acid) and is particularly suitable for healthier roasting and frying without any fat. The advantages of the combination frying basket made of cast aluminum are that you get an even browning, a crispy result and an ideal cooking process. The aluminum frying basket is very easy to care for. It is no longer necessary to change or filter the oil. The cast aluminum cookware is ideal for restaurants, taverns, canteens, canteen kitchens, hotels, catering and also for private use.

Instructions:
-Clean the cast, coated aluminum GN container with a little washing-up liquid and hot water before using it for the first time.
