The Kai Tim M?lzer Chef's Knife TDM-1723 from the Shun Premier Tim M?lzer series is an indispensable kitchen helper: it weighs, chops, cuts, presses, shapes and transports. Its blade is made of Damascus steel with a hand-finished Carvingmered surface, the solid blade core is made of VG MAX steel with a hardness of 61+ 1 HRC. The handle, made of beautifully grained and carefully crafted walnut wood, is symmetrically shaped and guarantees precise cutting performance for both right- and left-handed users.

Kai Tim M?lzer chef's knives are not dishwasher safe, as the salts of the cleaning agents damage the blades and wooden handles. Knives with natural wood handles should be greased with a little vegetable oil from time to time.
