A ham/salmon slicer is designed for cutting ham, roasts, BBQ-style meat and may also be used for large fruits such as watermelon or cantaloupe. This is a very long straight knife with a fluted blade, perfect for producing long even slices. The blade fluting makes the slicing action more easy by reducing the drag on the blade.
